Statements of exhibitors and visitors
Reactions to CosmeticBusiness Poland
Exhibitors’ statements on CosmeticBusiness Poland 2017:
Maciej Sworzyński, Vice President, MEPING
"This is the first time that we’ve taken part at CosmeticBusiness Poland and we’re very happy with the way the trade fair has gone. We were able to welcome many existing customers on our stand, but we were also able to make new business contacts. I was positively surprised that it wasn’t only visitors from Poland who came to find out about our products, but also visitors from the Baltic countries, Ukraine and the Czech Republic. I’d also like to underline the high quality of the trade visitors."
Frank Knoch, Sales Director, Hopf Packaging GmbH
"We have been exhibitors at CosmeticBusiness in Munich for some time now and this was the first time that we were represented in Warsaw. We took part because we want to tap into the Polish market and develop business here. CosmeticBusiness Poland is an ideal platform because the visitors on our stand were mainly from Poland. Particularly positive was the wide range of contacts – both small start-ups, who were looking to launch a new idea, and well-known Polish cosmetics companies. This meant that we were able to reach our exact target groups."
Michał Gugała, Vice President, MAGA
"We took part at CosmeticBusiness Poland to make our relatively young brand better known in the Polish market. This worked very well. We were able to conduct numerous promising discussions, and we were also able to exchange ideas and information with visitors from other countries – from Slovakia and even Israel, for example. I estimate that around 30 percent of these contacts will lead to follow-up business after the trade fair. That would be a very good outcome. I gave a lecture on the conference programme, too, which worked out well. Also, the organisation of the trade fair went very smoothly."
Piotr Wasilewski, Co-owner, Masterchem
"It was a good decision to exhibit at CosmeticBusiness Poland. Warsaw is a good location for establishing a trade fair like this. I can imagine that the trade fair will continue to grow next year. We had new products on our stand, which generated considerable interest among the visitors. Existing customers as well as potential new ones were able to gain an overview of our current portfolio. I think that we will be here again next year."
Agnieszka Sobkowiak, Communication Coordinator, Polish Association of Cosmetic and Detergent Industry
"At CosmeticBusiness Poland this year I talked to many visitors who are currently establishing themselves in the cosmetics industry with a business idea or who are just starting their business. It was, therefore, a good opportunity for our Association to give these people and young companies important tips and information. So, it makes a lot of sense for us to have a presence at CosmeticBusiness Poland."
Artur Wegner, Sales Representative, Grafpol
"We are very happy with the outcome of the trade fair. A large number of visitors from different sectors of the cosmetics industry came to our stand, and the quality of the discussions with them was very good. In particular, we were also able to make our products better known to the many new contacts that we made."
Visitor statement on CosmeticBusiness Poland 2017:
Jacek Kalemba, Key Account Manager, Dr. Schumacher Sp. z o.o.
"I came to the premiere of CosmeticBusiness Poland last year. This time, however, the visit to the trade fair was significantly more successful for me. And thanks to the very professional support of the organisers, I was quickly able to identify which stands were those of the ‘right’ exhibitors for me – the ones that I was interested in. I have been able to establish a number of new and, sometimes, surprising (in a good way) contacts. I will certainly make use of them in the future to build up new business relationships. I will visit CosmeticBusiness again next year. And I will definitely be recommending the trade fair to my colleagues.”
